On January 26, 2017 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue 4 stamps “Puppies” of the series “Children philately”.
Artist: Alexander Mityanin. Design: Marina Vitkovskaya. Printing: offset. Colour: multicoloured. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforation: comb 12. Size of the stamps: 30x28 mm. Sheets composition: 9 (3x3) stamps. Size of the sheets: 113x110 mm. Print quantity: 72.000 stamps each.
The stamps were printed at the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House named after A. T. Nepogodin”.
Face value A is equal to the tariff of a letter up to 20 gram within Belarus.
Face value N is equal to the surface tariff of a postcard abroad.

French Bulldogs are quite balanced, intelligent, sociable, happy and agile, affectionate with owners, get along well with children and utterly devoted to their owner.
Dachshunds are quite energetic, playful and cunning. They have good stamina and great mental abilities. Dachshunds are considered ideal companions, because they are very balanced.
American Cocker Spaniels are smart, friendly and kind. They get along well with other animals. They are ideal for families with children and for all of the owners who want to have a smart and cheerful friend.
Chihuahuas are inquisitive, curious and have amazing courage for such small dogs. They are endowed with intuition which allows them to anticipate the movement and actions of their owners.
The project was prepared in cooperation with the Belarusian public association "Republican club of service dog breading".
Colour of the postmark — black.
Special postmark and FDC painted by A.Mityanin, designed by M.Vitkovskaya.
A special cancellation on FDC will be carried out at the post office No.1 of Minsk (shop “Philately”,16 Moskovskaya street) on the stamp issuing day.
4 maximum cards “Puppies” will be issued too.
