On November 3, 2017 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue the stamp “100 years of October Revolution”.

Design: Yelena Medved. Printing: offset. Colour: full colour with additional paint like gold. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforation: comb 13. Size of the stamp: 52x29,6mm. Sheet composition: 6 (3x2) stamps. Size of the sheet: 178x84 mm. Print quantity: 42.000 stamps.

The stamp was printed at the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Belarusian Printing House Publishing Co.”.

Face value “H” is equal to the surface tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad.

The October Revolution of 1917 was a social revolution in Russia, during which the Bolshevik Party came to power, taking the course toward the elimination of capitalist relations and the building of socialism.
