2018 May 29, two souvenir sheets dedicated to Novosibirsk Oblast and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug are to be put into circulation as part of the Coats of Arms of the Constituent Entities and Cities of the Russian Federation series
The postage stamps feature the coats of arms of Novosibirsk and Salekhard, the illustrated margins depict the coats of arms of Novosibirsk Oblast, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and a map of the Russian Federation.
