Postage stamp
The color, size and structure of the eggshell is not the same in different birds. The color makes the eggs less visible against the background of the nest and the surrounding area. Birds nesting in hollows and other closed places, have monochromatic eggs – white and bluish, and birds that build open nests have eggs with a characteristic pattern and color. Some species have a speckled surface of the eggs others have colored stains or blurred specks over the entire surface.
On the margins of the stamp sheets and sheetlet of postage stamps is the emblem of the Belarus public organization "Ahova ptushak Batskaushchyny".
Colour of the postmark – black.
