On October 10, 2018 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue the souvenir sheet “25th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Armenia”.

The series continuation. Beginning Nos. 876, 877,981. Design: Marina Vitkovskaya. Print process: offset. Colour: full colour with additional paint like bronze. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforations: frame 123/4. There are 2 stamps in the souvenir sheet. Stamps size: 40,3x40,3 mm. Face valueof each stamp: P. Souvenir sheet size: 128x80 mm. Print quantity: 15.000 souvenir sheets.

Elements of protection

Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Armenia were established on June 11, 1993.

Regular exchanges of high-level visits are carried out. Meetings are held between presidents, prime ministers, heads of foreign affairs agencies of Belarus and Armenia, including meetings within the framework of CSTO (Collective Security Treaty Organization), EAEU (Eurasian Economic Union) and CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States).

Intensive political dialogue contributes to increasing mutually beneficial trade and economic cooperation and further expansion of ties in the humanitarian sphere of the two countries.

The project was prepared in cooperation with the National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus.

A special cancellation on FDC will be carried out at the post office No.1 of Minsk (shop “Philately”, 16 Moskovskaya street) on the souvenir sheet issuing day.
