On September 29, 2015 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue 4 postage stamps of the series “Artists of Paris School from Belarus”.
Designer: Yelena Medved. Printing: offset. Colour: multicoloured. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforation comb: No.1085, 1088 — 13: 131/2, No.1086, 1087 — 131/2: 13. Size of the stamps: No.1085, 1088 — 52x37 mm; No.1086, 1087 — 37x52 mm. Sheets composition: 5 stamps & 1 coupon. Size of the sheets: 136x136 mm. Print quantity: 50.000 stamps each.
The stamps were printed at the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House named after A. T. Nepogodin”.
Letter “N” is equal to the surface tariff of a postcard abroad.
Letter “M” is equal to the air-mail tariff of a postcard abroad.

A sheetlet is also issued. Sheetlet composition: 4 (1 set) stamps. Size of the sheetlet: 122x122 mm. While printing the sheetlet they used the technology of thermal stamping by metalized foil of golden colour. Print quantity: 20.000 sheetlets.
The sheetlet was printed with the logo of OJSC “Belgazprombank”. The borders of the sheetlet depict the fragment of the picture “The vase with flowers” by Michel Kikoine (withconsentofADAGP).
The stamps “Ossip Zadkine. The lake. 1925”, “Marc Chagall. Lovers. 1981” and “Ossip Lubich. Landscape with a red roof” were issued under the aegis of the Society of collective management of copyright ADAGP (Société des Auteurs Dans les Arts Graphiques et Plastiques), Paris, France.
The project was prepared on the materials from the corporate collection of OJSC “Belgazprombank” and with assistance of the private cultural institution Visual and Performing Arts Centre "ART CORPORATION".
Colour of the postmark — black.
Special postmark and FDC designed by Ye.Medved
A special cancellation on FDC will be carried out at the post office No.1 of Minsk (shop “Philately”, 16 Moskovskaya street) on the postage stamps issuing day.
