On July 27, a postage stamp dedicated to the Russia-Africa Summit was put into postal circulation
The Russia Africa Summit is the key and the most broad-scale event in Russian-African relations. Its aim is to achieve a new level of our mutually beneficial partnership that meets the challenges of the 21st century. The second Russia-Africa Summit will be held on July 27-28, 2023, in St. Petersburg.
The goal of the event is to strengthen comprehensive and equal cooperation of Russia with African countries in all its domains: politics, security, economy, science and technology, cultural and humanitarian sectors.
The economic and humanitarian Forum, which will be held in the framework of the second Russia-Africa Summit, is a unique event in Russia's relations with the countries of the African continent. The upcoming forum is intended to diversify the forms and directions of Russian-African cooperation, as well as to determine their long-term development.
Traditionally, the open discussions within the business program of the event will address the most topical subjects of the Russian-African agenda.
The postage stamp provides an image of the elements of the corporate identity developed for the Russia-Africa Forum, and the sights of St. Petersburg.
