Redrawing of 1870 issue. Also listed by Michel with the number 65II. The middle part of the shield isn`t shaded . Stars with clearly drawed tops without rays. (See MI nr.65I). The counterfeits or reprints (MI CO 65ND)shows a broken outer line of the double circle containing "10" at the top, below "OS" of "UNIDOS". A colorless dash below the loop of the "P" of "PESOS" can be seen also.
