Although this issue was authorized by the Guinea postal administration, it was not sold in Guinea, but only distributed by the Guinea philatelic agency Stamperija for distribution onto the philatelic market. Due to this and the fact that this item was excessively produced makes it of little to no philatelic value. This is a typical example of an abusive stamp agency taking advantage of yet another worldwide tragedy to make personal profits from. No Ukraine war related "stamps" made by this agent are sold nor used in the countries they inscribe on them. It is quite obvious what they are doing.
