Although this issue was authorized by the Guinea postal administration, it was not sold in Guinea, but only distributed by the Guinea philatelic agency Stamperija for distribution onto the philatelic market. Due to this and the fact that this item was excessively produced makes it of little to no philatelic value. This is a typical example of an abusive stamp agency taking advantage of yet another worldwide tragedy to make personal profits from. No Ukraine war related "stamps" made by this agent are sold nor used in the countries they inscribe on them. It is quite obvious what they are doing. Also in the issue Scouts Emergency Response in Ukraine:
Stamp Provide Assistance, Temporary Shelter and First Needs it reflects the thematic directions:
An organization or organisation (Commonwealth English; see spelling differences), is an entity—such as a company, or corporation or an institution (formal organization), or an association—comprising one or more people and having a particular purpose.
Scouting, also known as the Scout Movement, is a worldwide youth social movement employing the Scout method. It is a program of informal education with an emphasis on practical outdoor activities, including camping, woodcraft, aquatics, hiking, backpacking, and sports. Another widely recognized movement characteristic is the Scout uniform, by intent hiding all differences of social standing in a country and encouraging equality, with neckerchief and campaign hat or comparable headwear. Distinctive uniform insignia include the fleur-de-lis and the trefoil, as well as merit badges and other patches.
