Stamp is vertical format.
Type 4A has a very short, thick "1" with a gently sloping serif. The letters of the word Tical are shorter and heavier than in the first three types. There are very small serifs on the "1." There is a round dot over the “I” and the overprint 12mm long and 3mm high.
