Tall & narrow stamp size, vertically grained paper. Plate II, type T09. 09a) grey green dot in the white round frame at right of "3"; 09b) two grey green dots touching the top frame over 1st "N" of ARGENTINOS + white spot in the hand of left coat of arms; 09c) line of white oval interrupted under "E" of CORREOS. These three flaws are always present together in the positions 14, 19, 44, 49, 74, 79 of plate IIA & IIB.
