Printed 1919. January 29. (I edition), 1919. February 6. (II edition) Printed in State Printing House (Kaunas). Sheet is about 136x111 mm (First edition) and 141x115 mm (Second edition) size. Sheets of 20 (5x4 layout) stamps. Inperforated edges. Was officially published only two runs. The third and fourth runs are considered unofficial and called Marijampole, because it is such seal has been largely stamped on these circulations characters or even entire pages.
