Printed in 1919. February 18. (I edition), 1919. 25 February. (II edition), 1919. March. (III edition) Printed in State Printing House (Kaunas). Sheet is about 139x112 mm (I edition), 141x115 mm (II edition), 136x110 mm (III edition). Sheets of 20 (5x4) stamps. Inperforated edges. 10 (LT 13) and 15 (LT 14) skatikų stamps printed only in I and II editions. 60 skatikų (LT 19) stamp is printed only on the third edition run of 160 stamps long leaves. Most of stamps from I edition cancelled with Kaunas 1919.II.18 date stamp (but occur later). II edition started stamping 26 February. Purple round Grodno russian stamp was labeled the second edition stamps. All stamps with Šeštakavas cancel are from III edition. Variantai: A Inperforated B.
