This block has been printed on heavy paper without gum, 500 copies. At the bottom of it there is a text field: Left, in one line - ""People's Commissariat of Communications of the USSR"" and the righ in two lines - the same text in French. 25 copies of the block in the upper part of the field was made typographic overprint in two lines: ""the best drummers of the Russian Society of Philatelists"""Also in the issue First All-Union Philatelic Exhibition:
