Because Postage Due stamps were missing in several Post Offices end 1919, Definitives of the issue 1915 werd used with a large letter "T" surcharge. MICHEL mentions this use, but doesn't attribute a seperate Postage Due - number to this stamps. BELGIAN Catalog describes also a variant: TX23A with perforation 15.
