Stamp is square format.

"No hay (or hai) estampillas" (No stamps available) / face value , on two lines surrounded by ornament. Both SN and Michel claim that the stamps inscribed "No hay estampillas" are considered not to be postage stamps but receipt labels. Four different plates known: 1) All stamps on sheet inscribed "No HAI estampillas" instead of "HAY". 2) Corrected error on 1st, 2nd and 4th stamp of plate. 3) All errors corrected , but inverted "N" of "No" on fourth stamp. 4) All erros corrected.
