Stamp is square format.
Violet handstamped AR in circle. "AR" stands for "Acuse de Recibo" or acknowledgement of receipt. Perforations: 13.5, 12, 12x13.5 and imperforated. SN claims this handstamp is believed to be a postmark and doesn´t list this stamps. Neither does Michel.Also in the issue Acknowledgment of Receipt:
