handstamped overprint done in Bumba. Overprint Type 7: Overprint 17.5 mm long. The height of the Overprint is 0.5mm taller than in any other version of the overprint, giving the letters a narrow appearance. Horizontal bars of first E of BELGE are shorter than those of second E of BELGE. Perforations are 12 1/2 to 16.
