Local handstamped overprint in Brussels Overprint type 3 - overprint is 17.5mm long. the top of C in CONGO barely curves downward. The top loop of B in BELGE is taller and narrower than the bottom loop. Very minimal space between LG in overprint. Perforations are 12 1/2 to 16.
