Stamp is vertical format.

Type I. Tall & narrow stamp size, vertically grained paper. Plate I, type T02. 2a) green dot in the white frame over "RE" of CORREOS and dot inbetween "RE"; 2b) internal line of white oval interrupted over "VO" of right CENTAVOS; 2c) small interruption of right frame of left DOS + internal line of white oval does not reach the same DOS frame; 2d) large interruption of oval line from triangular ornament up to right DOS frame. These 4 flaws are always present together in the positions 2, 7, 42, 47, of plate I. Same flaws for stamp Gz 79A RI T02 (low & wide size, horizontally grained paper).
