Plate II, type T03. 03a) green dash at the top left border at the left of the white round frame of top left "2"; 03b) line of white oval interrupted under "S" of CORREOS up to "GE" of ARGENTINOS; 03c) green dots in "C" & 1st "O" of CORREOS + green dot in the white frame under 1st "R" of CORREOS; 03d) green dot attached to the left frame at the level of "C" of CENTAVOS. These flaws are always present together in the positions 3, 6, 13, 16, 23, 26, 33, 43, 46, 53, 56, 63, 66, 73, 83 of plate IIA. Same flaws for stamp Gz 80A RII T03 (low & wide size, horizontally grained paper). Color shades: Yellow green
