Plate I, type 10. 10a/ internal line of white oval frame interrupted above "TAVO" of CENTAVOS; 10b/ internal line of white oval frame interrupted under "S" of CORREOS and "A" of ARGENTINOS; 10/c small colored dash at left of "5" of right bottom 50; 10d/ colored dashes in the white oval above "CI" and 1st "N" of CINCUENTA These flaws are always present together in the positions 15, 20, 35, 40, 55, 60, 75, 80, 95, 100 of the plate.
