Plate I, type 03. 03a/ two colored dots inside "I" ARGENTINOS; 03b/ external line of round white frame of left upper "50" interrupted at left and above the number; 03c/ internal lline of white oval frame interrupted under "OR" and the 2nd "O" of CORREOS; 03d/ internal line of white oval frame interrupted under "GE" and colored dot in the white oval above "R" of ARGENTINOS. These flaws are always present together in the positions 3, 8, 23, 28, 43, 48, 63, 68, 83, 88 of the plate. Same flaws for stamp Gz 91A RI T03 (low & wide size, horizontally grained paper).
