Stamp is vertical format.

Issue for Cartagena. Handstamped in red lilac R / CARTAGENA. Letter "R" in two types: both large and thin. Used as registration stamp. Perforations: 13.5, 10.75-11, 12 and imperforated. Due to out-solded regular registration stamps or because they become useless due to inflation, regular stamps were overprinted in this way for registration purposes and as cancellation.
