Plate II, type 03. 3a) "N" of CENTAVO shortened at right; 3b) diagonal white line at left of "2" of left ½; 3c) white dot at the base of "E" of MEDIO; 3d) more dots in the "R" of ARGENTINOS. These 4 flaws are always present together in the positions 21, 26, 61, 66, 86 of plate IIA & 3, 8, 43, 48, 88 of plate 2B.
