Plate II, type 07. 7a) white dot under "T" of CENTAVO; 7b) small interruption of the internal line of oval under "C" of CORREOS; 7c) 1st lbackground line shortened under "G" of ARGENTINOS; 7d) dash cutting the internal line of oval under "OS" of ARGENTINOS. These flaws are always present together in the positions 22, 27, 62, 67, 87 of plate IIA & 12, 17, 52, 57, 97 of plate IIB. Same flaws for stamp Gx 78Aa RII T07 (low & wide stamp size, horizontally grained paper. Color shades: Dark grey blue
