Plate II, type T17. 17a) dots inside "S" + interruption of internal line of oval under "S" of CORREOS, 17b) blue dot at the base of "E" + interruption of internal line of white oval over "C" of CENTAVO; 17c) internal line of right white oval interrupted; 17d) white spot in the vertical lines under "ME" of MEDIO. These 4 flaws are always present together in the positions 5, 10, 45, 50, 85 of plate IIA & 32, 37, 72, 77, 92 of plate IIB.
