Printed by L.Nuñez, Photogravurer. Surcharged 2 / Centavos in BLUE. Variety: Surcharged "Centavas" instead of "Centavos". (YT CO-CUC 41aB). Can be found in position 20 of sheets.(see lower image) Same surcharge design as on the Santander department issue. While Michel mentions this series, but without ascribing a particular number, Scott says that the stamps are believed to have been produced without Government authorization.
