Printed by L.Nuñez, Photogravurer. UN /Cvo. overprinted in BLUE. Type I : Small 'C' in Cvo. This stamp also shows the constant, but unlisted, variety, break in left downstroke of ' N '. (20 per sheet). Same surcharge design as on the Santander department issue. While Michel mentions this series, but without ascribing a particular number, Scott says that the stamps are believed to have been produced without Government authorization.
