Printed by L.Nuñez, Photogravurer. Medio / Cvo. overprinted in BLUE. Type III : Large 'C' in Cvo, thicker shorter 'd' in Medio (1 per sheet, position 6). Same setting as for the Santander department issue. While the Michel mentions this series, but without ascribing a particular number, Scott says that the stamps are believed to have been produced without Government authorization.
