"CONSULAR POLTINNIK" — philatelic the name of one of the most rare stamps of the RSFSR, issued in 1922, in a series of official postal airmail stamps. In Berlin, by order of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Germany was made overprint with red paint, the text "Air mail R. S. F. S. R. 1200 germ. brands" in pre-revolutionary Marche consular duties at a par value of 50 cents (№ S6).
