DISPATCH (obsolete) — telegram, urgent notification message, the message sent usually by courier or a relay, for example military, diplomatic postal service and the like.

DJIBOUTI [Djibouti]:
1. A former French protectorate (1862) on the territory of modern Republic of Djibouti. Since the late 19th century as part of the colony of French Somali Coast.
