KORFANTY ISSUE — a local issue in Silesia (now part of Poland). In 1921 during the Silesian uprising under the leadership Korfanty released a series of stamps with the image of the Silesian landscape, coat of arms of Poland with the inscription (Polish) "Upper Silesia". Was only used on mail in Poland.

KOCHER, Lovrenc (1804-1879) — the Slovenian, the official Austrian administrator in Ljubljana.
